• Blow out condenser coil

• Cycle unit through operation

• Check fan blade

• Check freon level

• Take amperage of Compressor and fan motor

• Check temperatures and pressures

• Inspect electrical connections

• Inspect contactor

• Test capacitor

• Check thermostat

• Inspect furnace or air handler blower

• Install Customer provided Air Filter (a minimum of a MERV 8 filter can be provided at additional cost)

• Check hot water tank
